i’m sitting just off the beach perched skillfully on the water
i know the waves come and i laugh
look at me and how i spread my wings, i am prepared to take the sky. while waves may conquer you over and over again i am above all this.
as i show them how to fly and i open my mouth wide to laugh again as a wave rushes in to silence me. suddenly i am choking and spinning.
